The IREBS Executive MBA in Real Estate International provides real estate management skills in an international context, including successful management of real estate companies and imparting "state of the art" real estate knowledge and market expertise. The programme is designed for working professionals and spans a duration of 15 months. The study modules take place at the locations in Regensburg, Eltville (near Frankfurt), and Berlin, with an overseas study component at renowned universities such as Harvard, Reading, and Singapore. Students have three months to complete their master's thesis. All lectures are conducted in English, and upon successful completion, the Faculty of Business, Economics, and Information Systems at the University of Regensburg awards the title "Master of Business Administration."
In this module, we provide key economic fundamentals relevant to executives in the international real estate sector. We assume that participants are already familiar with the basics of micro and macroeconomics, as the lectures build upon this prior knowledge.

In this module, we explore essential subjects from management literature, including those pertinent to international real estate market managers. The content builds upon general economic themes, with some of these topics assumed to be familiar to participants.

This module provides comprehensive knowledge of international markets and negotiation strategies. It offers valuable insights into city valuations and urban planning. Important components of this module include site visits, meetings with local market participants, and access to an international network.
The study programme concludes with a Master's thesis, which requires a three-month preparation period. The thesis may address topics relevant to the participant's employer, given they are academically challenging.

The study programme is VAT exempt.
The fees will be divided into three instalments:
I. Instalment (20%): 14 days after receiving the written acceptance
II. Instalment (40%): at the beginning of the programme
III. Instalment (40%): at the beginning of the 2nd semester
The Executive MBA in Real Estate International is designed for professionals and executives who aim to advance their careers and require international expertise.
Admission requirements include 240 ECTS and a minimum of two years of work experience in a real estate-related field.
This can be achieved through the following qualifications:
A minimum three-year undergraduate degree (180 ECTS) in business administration, economics, law, urban planning, architecture, engineering, etc., from a university, college, or vocational academy. Additionally, at least 60 ECTS from postgraduate programs in real estate-related subjects, such as Real Estate Economics, Master of Science in Real Estate, or "CIS HypZert F."
Alternatively, 240 ECTS from another academic programme. The academic advisors of the MBA program will determine eligibility.
Experience in the real estate industry or related sectors.
Proficiency in English.

The Executive MBA in Real Estate (MBA) takes place in Germany, the USA, Great Britain and Singapore. The costs for the entire study programme consist of the tuition fee as well as travel and accommodation costs. You will find the tuition fee in the programme description. Depending on which comfort class you choose in hotels and aeroplanes and which study programme option you book, you will need to budget between 4,000 and 6,000 euros for travel and accommodation. This information is not binding and is only intended to assist you in your calculations.
