The part-time Real Estate Transaction Management programme offers a compact learning opportunity spanning a total duration of three months, divided into three modules. Each module extends over four to six days.
Throughout the programme, participants will spend a total of 13 days in face-to-face sessions at IREBS Executive Education and also attend in a lecture delivered via webcast. This corresponds to a net working time of 9 days. The programme is equivalent to 14 ECTS credits in terms of content and scope.
In addition to the in-person sessions, students will need to allocate time for the examination component. Working in small groups of 3-4 individuals, they will simulate all aspects of a real estate transaction. This includes both technical aspects such as acquisition and structuring, as well as the development of soft skills like pitching and presentation, negotiation techniques, and project management.
The initial module examines into the core principles of real estate transaction and due diligence processes, providing a comprehensive understanding.

The second module covers the analysis of real estate markets and examines the specifics of transaction processes and due diligence across different asset classes (including considerations of current developments related to ESG regulations).

The short course Real Estate Transaction Management is open to the following individuals:
Successful graduates of the TREAM programme are awarded the title “Real Estate Transaction Manager (IREBS)”.
By completing the Real Estate Transaction Management programme following the completion of REAM, IHAM, or CREM, participating bachelor's degree holders can acquire an additional 30 ECTS credits, supplementing their existing credits. This provides them with long-term prospects to pursue the Executive MBA in Real Estate programme.
