The part-time study programme spans a duration of 15 months and comprises four modules: Business, General Management, Finance, and Master Thesis, accumulating a total of 60 ECTS.
Students have the opportunity to study at four different locations: Regensburg, Kloster Eberbach, Frankfurt, and Munich. The course format includes both in-class sessions at the respective locations and online components, allowing for a flexible study arrangement that harmonizes well with participants' professional commitments.
The IREBS Executive MBA in Real Estate Finance focuses on providing a solid foundation in real estate and urban economics, complemented by essential leadership topics like negotiation management, corporate strategy, and innovation management. Additionally, the finance module integrates theoretical and practical skills for analysing, valuing, and structuring real estate investments, both at the national and international levels.
In this module, we provide key economic fundamentals relevant to executives in the international real estate sector. We assume that participants are already familiar with the basics of micro and macroeconomics, as the lectures build upon this prior knowledge.

In this module, we explore essential subjects from management literature, including those pertinent to international real estate market managers. The content builds upon general economic themes, with some of these topics assumed to be familiar to participants.

The "Finance Module" integrates both theoretical and practical expertise to analyze, evaluate, and structure real estate investments on both national and international levels.
The study programme concludes with a Master's thesis, which requires a three-month preparation period. The thesis may address topics relevant to the participant's employer, given they are academically challenging.

The study programme is VAT exempt.
The fees will be divided into three instalments:
I. Instalment (20%): 14 days after receiving the written acceptance
II. Instalment (40%): at the beginning of the programme
III. Instalment (40%): at the beginning of the 2nd semester
The Executive MBA in Real Estate Finance is designed for professionals and executives seeking to advance their careers and acquire international expertise.
Admission requirements include a total of 240 ECTS and a minimum of two years of professional experience in a real estate-related field.

Successful graduates of the Executive MBA in Real Estate Finance are awarded the title "Master of Business Administration (MBA)". Additionally, upon successful completion of the Finance module (CREA), they can also receive the "Certified Real Estate Investment Analyst (IREBS/DVFA)" certification.
The title "Master of Business Administration (MBA)" has been continuously accredited by the prestigious real estate association "The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors" (RICS) since 2010.

The international professional association Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) recognises different ways of qualifying participants in the real estate industry to sit for the RICS examination. An exemplary pathway is the completion of our RICS-accredited Contact Studies in Real Estate Economics and Executive MBA in Real Estate programmes.
