This 3rd IREBS Forum of Excellence offers presentations and discussions covering very different topics relating to real estate, construction and finance with real estate experts from all over the world.
There will be presentations on The Impact of Working from Home on Office Real Estate, The evolution of coworking environments and The Effect of Real Estate Purchase Subsidies on Property Prices. Simon Krause from ifo Institute and Dr. Tobias Dichtl from Colliers Germany (Germany), Susanne Mayer from BVN (UK), Prof. Dr. Carla Krolage from University of Regensburg (Germany) and many and a brilliant discussion between Richard Peiser, Michael D. Spear Professor of Real Estate Development at the Harvard Graduate School of Design (US) and Tobias Just, Professor and chair holder at the University of Regensburg (Germany), moderated by Christoph Pitschke from GAR German American Realty. Again, we combine a mix of practitioners and leading academics to cast some light on urgent problems and pending questions.
