The characteristics of closed-end funds as investment vehicles are presented in a practical manner. In addition to various exercises, the basic principles of the structure, organization, and management of closed-end real estate funds are outlined.

Fundamentals of Financial Mathematics

Financial mathematics is an essential foundation, especially for the real estate industry. This is due in particular to the long-term time and planning horizons of real estate, which focus on the time value of money.
