Overview

Strategic reorientation:
infrastructure as a growth market

Given limited public funds and volatile markets, investment in energy, digitalisation and social infrastructure is becoming increasingly important. As a resilient asset class, infrastructure offers a specific risk-return profile that stands out clearly from traditional property investments. However, a successful entry into the market requires a shift in thinking: away from the pure rental cash flow model, towards a deep understanding of concession and operator structures, as well as the regulatory framework.

The ‘Infrastructure’ seminar bridges this knowledge gap by imparting sound commercial fundamentals and cash flow mechanics. The theoretical basis is reinforced through a moderated case study based on a real-world example, ensuring direct application to one’s own business model.
