The "Distressed Real Estate" seminar addresses the challenges and opportunities associated with real estate projects in crisis situations. It begins by providing an overview of the parties involved, their interests, and options for action in the event of a crisis. The seminar then covers pre-insolvency restructuring, insolvency law restructuring, and the risks and opportunities for both debtors and creditors. A key focus is the practical implementation of project takeovers, supported by legal insights and case studies. These insights will help you better understand the dynamics between project developers, creditors, buyers, contractors, and tenants. Finally, investment opportunities and international perspectives on crisis situations in Germany will be explored.
