• Research prompts for office, residential and retail markets
• Trend extrapolation with plausibility checks

• Building, validating and refining a basic DCF model with AI
• Structured model development based on the EVA principle
• Core exercise: Completing a DCF model in under 45 minutes

Daniel Oeter is a research assistant at the Chair of Real Estate Economics held by Prof. Dr Tobias Just (FRICS) at the IRE|BS International Real Estate Business School, University of Regensburg. His research focuses on the AI-supported analysis of building and land-use structures, as well as urban planning issues in the context of urban real estate markets.
As a consultant, Daniel Oeter advises companies in the real estate sector on academic issues and the practical implementation of AI- and data-based solutions. He is a Certified Real Estate Investment Analyst (CREA, IREBS) and a lecturer in data analysis for the seminar ‘AI in the Property Sector’.
Aleksandar Jakovljevic is the founder of the AEVUM Group and brings with him many years’ experience in developing AI-based and data-driven software solutions for the property sector. As co-founder of Digiqal, he established a software development studio that has supported companies in implementing AI applications and data engineering projects, including within the letting and marketing processes. He is a lecturer in property management and digitalisation at several universities and holds an MSc in Real Estate Management (University of Regensburg) and an MSc in Real Estate Investment and Finance (University of Hong Kong).
