The seminar "AI in the property industry" provides practical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of the relevant basics and the efficient application of artificial intelligence (AI) in the property industry. The aim is to provide participants with the knowledge they need to understand innovative and future-proof business models and to be able to develop and implement them. The success of modern companies is based, among other things, on digital transformation, which is also fundamental to the use of AI. AI is revolutionising the real estate industry, particularly through advanced planning applications for architecture and building development. In this seminar, participants will learn about innovative, AI-based tools that enable more efficient and creative architectural designs and whilst fulfilling more sustainable implementation requirements. Furthermore, the practical relevance of AI, especially in the context of property transactions, will be made clear. Participants will learn how AI can support targeted buy-side and sell-side matching, bringing potential buyers and suitable properties together more efficiently, and how value chains can be mapped digitally already today.

The seminar is scheduled for three days, divided into five blocks, with classes running from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on the first two days and from 9:30 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. on the last day. It will be held in Munich. Upon completion of the seminar, all attendees will be awarded a participation certificate. The follow-up ESG update seminars will be conducted online.
