The international module of the Executive MBA in Real Estate International in Reading comprises three days at Henley Business School and two days on a field trip in London. Participants invest a total of five attendance days in Reading and London. The completed module corresponds to 5 ECTS in terms of scope and content, including the case study. There is also time to complete the examination. In the case study, students answer questions specific to the UK market.

The study module of the Executive MBA in Real Estate International in Reading comprises 5 days in one week. In addition, there is time to complete the examination.

The fees will be payed in one instalment until 14 days in prior at the beginning:

In this module, you will learn about international markets and your negotiation strategies. You will also gain insights into the valuations and urban planning of the respective cities. Tours, visits to local market participants and the international network are important components of this module. Good English language skills are a prerequisite for participation.

Only for the Executive MBA in Real Estate course do we require your documents as a certified copy by post. Scans are generally sufficient for the application.

The international professional association Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) recognises different ways of qualifying participants in the real estate industry to sit for the RICS examination. An exemplary pathway is the completion of our RICS-accredited Contact Studies in Real Estate Economics and Executive MBA in Real Estate programmes. Further alternative paths as well as the details of the examination to become a Chartered Surveyor can be found on the RICS website.
